Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 5, 2025
Thanks for visiting Plebware and using our Jargon Buster tool! Before you get started, here are some important things to know. By using plebware.com or our Jargon Buster tool, you agree to follow these rules. If you don’t agree, please stop using our site. These terms form a simple contract between you (“you”) and Plebware (“we,” “us,” “our”).
1. When You Use Our Tool, You Agree to These Terms
Using Plebware means you’re agreeing to play by the rules listed on this page. If you’re not okay with anything here, it’s totally fine — just don’t use the site or the tool. No hard feelings.
2. Who Can Use This Tool
You can use Jargon Buster freely — no account needed, no payments, no sign-ups.
Just a few basic guidelines:
- If you’re under 13, please ask a parent or guardian first.
- Please don’t use automated scripts or bots to hammer our servers.
- Be respectful. We built this tool to help people, not for abuse or misuse.
3. What Happens to the Text You Paste
Whatever you paste into the tool is yours. We don’t claim any rights over your content.
We don’t store your words permanently. Once you leave or refresh the page, your content is gone.
Just be smart about what you paste. Avoid adding personal, sensitive, or private info. Also, don’t paste anything that breaks the law or belongs to someone else without permission.
4. Our Content and Technology
All the code, design, and features behind the Jargon Buster tool belong to Plebware.
You’re welcome to use it, but please don’t copy, sell, or modify it.
Basically: enjoy the tool for personal use, but don’t try to turn it into your own product.
5. Please Don’t Misuse the Tool
We want this to be a safe and helpful space for everyone. So please avoid using it to:
- Harass, threaten, or insult anyone
- Spread spam, malware, or harmful links
- Break any laws
If we notice any of that happening, we might have to block your access.
6. No Guarantees (But We Try Our Best)
We built Jargon Buster to help explain complicated stuff in simple words — but it’s not perfect, and it's not a substitute for professional advice.
So:
- Don’t rely on it for serious legal, medical, or financial decisions.
- We’re not responsible if something goes wrong while using the tool.
That said, if you ever spot a bug or have feedback, let us know!
7. If Something Goes Wrong
We work hard to keep the site safe and running smoothly. But if something ever does go wrong, we’re not responsible for any damage or loss that happens because of it. By using the site, you agree not to hold us legally responsible if problems come up.
8. Ending Your Use (or Ours)
You can stop using our site anytime — no need to let us know.
If you break the rules or misuse the tool, we may have to block your access. Hopefully it never comes to that.
9. If We Change These Terms
We may update this page if anything changes, like new laws or improvements to the site. We’ll update the “Effective Date” at the top when we do. If the changes are big, we’ll try to give you a heads-up.
10. Governing Law
These terms are based on the laws of Pakistan. If we ever have a legal disagreement (which we hope never happens), that’s where it would be handled.
